Tom and Tommy Martin share more than just a name and a father-son bond. They share a business and a passion for constructing quality custom homes in the lowcountry. Tom began his career in the building industry in the mid-1980s, and his son, Tommy, developed his own skills through years of observing and mimicking his father’s craftsmanship. In 2004, the duo established Tom Martin and Son General Contracting. Our homes have a lot of extra touches and amenities that make them stand out from the rest. We believe the process of designing and building a one of a kind home should be fun, exciting, and enjoyable. We hope to accomplish this for our clients by keeping them informed, thereby minimizing the unknowns.
